The Woodlake Welcome Committee and Neighborhood Watch Committee are combined as the Welcome & Watch Committee. In addition to promoting community and home safety & awareness and crime prevention programs, we welcome new residents! The committee uses neighborhood Block Captains to greet new homeowners with a hearty welcome and offer a wealth of information about the Homeowners Association, Woodlake neighborhood, and the surrounding community. Twice a year, we host a “Welcome Event” at the Clubhouse for new residents.
Names of new homeowners are directed to the committee from the home purchase closing process through our management company. Because the information provided by the Welcome Committee is most useful when a homeowner first arrives, it is also available here.
